Do you provide scaffold on your jobs?

Builder will need to supply two plank with handrail scaffold to all areas of the home where the height exceeds more than 2 m between ground and platform level. Platform level is set between 1 metre and 1.6 metre below fascia line.

How long does a job take?

Usually, a standard 70 metre single house would take our installers 4 hours, this will vary between house sizes including if they are double storey or single storey.

Call up time for jobs?

A week is usually our call up time for bookings, during busier periods this will vary, please contact us for booking dates and time frames.

Exclusions? What don’t you quote for?

We only specialise in installation of Fascia, spouting, valleys, temp downpipes and boundary flashings if they are required. All other roofing aspects such as Box Gutters, Capping’s, Flat deck roofing, downpipes we do not supply or install.

Warranty?

Any works carried out by IBE will be covered by Insurance for a period of 6 years from the date the compliance certificate was issued for all works carried out for the value of $750.00 or more, this includes labour and material.

How do I go about booking a job in?

Either call the office and speak with one of our friendly staff or email us at reception@ibe.net.au. Please ensure the quote number, colours and pop sizes are included in the email. We require pop sizes and colours in written form via email. In order to book a job in we require a 70% deposit in with the balance on completion.
